Cooking Class at The Pantry at Delancey

Hi everyone! I hope 2013 has been treating you well so far.

Last week I had the pleasure of photographing a surprise 30th birthday party. It was a cooking class at The Pantry at Delancey in Seattle, taught by Chef Becky Selengut.

I had never attended a cooking class before, and it was so incredibly fun and interesting to document the process and listen in. The class prepared geoduck as a raw sashimi, squid ink pasta, and many other interesting and tasty dishes. Below are a few photos I captured of the event. If you’re looking for party ideas, I highly recommend a cooking class. It was such a memorable event!

    This class looks awesome! Did you get a chance to make the food too? The squid ink pasta looks interesting. I’m curious to know if the ink stains skin…

      No but I got a chance to taste it and it was GOOD
